In February 2011 I found this 6-string guitalele for sale. This 73 cm miniguitar is a crossover between a guitar and a ukelele, tuned in A/D/G/C/E/A. It combines the lively ukelele-like sound of the top 4 strings with the more sonorous sound of the bottom 2 strings. Although the room between the frets is narrow, the wide neck makes it easier to play than a ukelele. As you can read in many reviews, guitarists buy this guitalele, because it brings a smile on your face when you play it. It has a spruce top, a meranti body and a nut width of 47.5mm.
